Estas son canciones y vídeos que pueden ver los niños/as para relajarse y crear un ambiente tranquilo, que podemos complementar con la lectura de algún cuento. También pueden servir para volver a la calma cuando están muy nerviosos.
Es importante no mirar vídeos una hora antes de acostarnos, ya que la luz hace que no dejemos a nuestro cerebro que segregue melatonina (hormona del sueño).
Se pueden escuchar de fondo sin ver las imágenes.
